Is CBD Legal?
Yes and No, here’s the reason. In 2018 congress passed the Farm Bill removing hemp from the schedule 1 drug list. That has allowed CBD products to legally be shipped in the U.S. However, it is still illegal to ship anything with a higher than 0.3% THC content.
